激光測振儀反光貼reflection mark LV‑0012
小野測器(Ono Sokki)提供 HT‑011 作為光學旋轉檢測器或手持式數字轉速表用反光標識。但 HT‑011 不適用於激光多普勒測振儀,因為其結構與 LV‑0012 不同,即便外觀相似。
原因
LV‑0012 的反光基材上附著大量玻璃微珠,依靠這些微珠的逆反射效應將入射光沿光源方向返回。HT‑011 suirantongyangzaifanguangjicaishangdaiyoudaliangboliweizhu,danqibiaomianewaidaiyoutuceng。gaitucenghuizaiweizhuqianfangduijiguangchanshengfansheyujibian,jiangdijiguangdenifanshexingneng,yinciwufashixianwendingceliang。
反光標識具有逆反射功能,可將反射光沿光源入射方向返回。
(逆反射是光學中一種特殊的反射結構,指入射光沿入射方向原路返回的反射現象。)
從結構上看,反光標識是厚度為 100~300 微米 的薄型柔性片材,其內部在樹脂基體中均勻分布著大量微徑高折射率玻璃微珠(直徑約 100 微米)。
這些微珠均勻排布,以實現相應的反光效果。
每一顆玻璃微珠均為標準球體,可起到凸透鏡的作用:
入射光穿過玻璃珠體後發生折射並聚焦於一點;
在玻璃珠底部設有反射層,光線經反射後再次穿過玻璃珠體,沿原入射方向返回光源。

The structure of the reflective mark

Can I use a reflective sheet other than LV-0012?
Ono Sokki provides HT-011 as a reflection mark for optical rotation detector or handheld digital tachometer. But HT-011 is not suitable for Laser Doppler Vibrometer because it has different structure, even if similar appearance as LV-0012.
A lot of microsphere glass beads are stuck on a reflection base material of LV-0012. Incident light is returned to direction of light source by those beads retro-reflective effect.
Though same as LV-0012, HT-011 has a lot of microsphere glass beads on its reflection base material, furthermore, surface of HT-011 is coated. This coating causes reflection and distortion of a laser light in front of those beads, and reduces retro-reflective features of a laser light. That’s why stable measurement is not possible.
